The Chicago Wedding Giveaway contest is finally over. I received just over 125 submissions so thank you to everyone who entered. After looking at many submissions, and hearing some great stories, I’m pleased to announce the winning couple is Andrew and Cindy from Chicago. Andrew does charity work for Ladder Up. In case you didn’t hear already… I recently launched a wedding contest for charity. I’m basically giving away a wedding package for a lucky couple who has volunteered in 2009 or will pledge to do so in 2010. I’ve also teamed up with Chicago Avenue Salon and Ali Phillips from Engaging Events by Ali. They’ve been very generous and have donated some great things. Here are the details of the contest.
Enter to win a free Chicago wedding. The winner will receive:
- 9 hours of photography by Steve Goldhaber Photography ($4,000 value)
- 5 hours of wedding planning by Engaging Events by Ali ($500 value)
- Chicago Avenue Salon wedding credit ($750 value)
The only requirement is that you need to have have done some type of charity work in 2009 or pledge to do so in 2010. The contest will run from now until January 15th, 2010. Only one entry per person, but friends and family may enter on your behalf, so spread the word fast!
